I'm a Winner and a Loser

I got a phone call this morning from the local library letting me know that I am a winner. They are having a "Prince William Reads" contest (I live in Prince William County) and you can turn in an entry form for each book you read from February 1 - March 31st. Well so far I have turned in like 4 forms and I was chosen in this weeks drawing. I won a $15 gift certificate to Borders, woo hoo!!! So I bought a Reiki book that I have been in need of that the library doesn't carry.
Later in the morning I called the local voter registration office. I have tried to register to vote on 2 occasions since we moved here (when I got my new drivers license and I sent in a registration form via Rock the Vote), but I have not received info on where I am supposed to vote. Unfortunately I was not processed properly and am not registered, bummer :( So the lady on the phone is sending me the form to send back to the local office so I will be registered to vote in November.
Now I need to get back to work...
