I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Weekend. Roland and I both ended up working on Saturday, but happily he was home all day on Sunday and Monday.
Saturday was really nice, so Drake and I went outside and played on a blanket in the front yard.

Sunday we spent doing some errands around town, including getting Roland's car serviced and buying some fencing for the backyard to prevent Sebastian from jumping the existing one into the neighbors yard. (The neighbor is paranoid that he is going to jump the fence and attack his grandkids. The guy doesn't understand that his bark is worse than his bite and that he has never jumped a fence. Now Gwynn is the one to worry about, she has gone under a fence before, lol. But we understand his issues and decided to put more fence up.)
Monday we went to Thomas Jefferson's house, Monticello. The downside was that I woke up tired and my allergies were bothering me (I was sneezing all day). Drake had issues riding in his car seat on the way up and back, so I ended up sitting next to him for most of the drive to help calm him down. He was very well behaved while we were at the estate. I really liked the place, it was very beautiful.
Here are Roland and Drake on the walk to the shuttle bus up to the house.
